At the Nine Inch Nails Official Store, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase; if you are not, you may return or exchange unworn and unwashed apparel within 30 days of delivery. Please note that limited edition items and music media must be in their original sealed packaging to be eligible for a refund.

Securely pack the items in their original packaging if possible, ensuring all original tags are attached and the packing slip is included.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
